• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and deliver longitudinal follow -up care<\/span>

• Oversee psychotropic medication management and monitor clinical outcomes<\/span>

• Partner closely with nursing staff, facility leadership, and interdisciplinary teams<\/span>

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and involved family members<\/span>

• Deliver psychiatric care using patient -centered and trauma -informed principles<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Active, unrestricted state licensure<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to function independently while contributing to a collaborative care model<\/span><\/span><\/span>
