We are seeking a <\/span><\/span>bilingual (English/Spanish)<\/span><\/span><\/b> Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a well -established and growing outpatient Psychiatry and Neurology practice in Lower Westchester, NY. This full -time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting focused on delivering high -quality, patient -centered care. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing a range of psychiatric conditions and is comfortable working in a structured, clinic -based environment serving a diverse patient population. This is a Monday–Friday (daytime hours only) role, fully on -site within the clinic.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>


<\/p>

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and mental status exams<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other 
  behavioral health disorders<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient -specific clinical needs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide ongoing medication management, including prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Collaborate with neurologists, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication adherence<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Support continuity of care through follow -ups and care coordination<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Deliver culturally competent care, with a strong focus on Spanish -speaking patients<\/span>

Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• <\/span><\/span>Bilingual (English/Spanish)<\/span><\/span><\/b> required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Prior experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and treatment planning<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to work effectively in a team -based clinical environment<\/span>
