We combine state of the art interventional psychiatry procedures such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Spravato treatment with a personalized approach to mental health care, serving a diverse adult and adolescent population.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in psychiatry or behavioral medicine. You will work collaboratively with our psychiatrist and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits

  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment efficacy and side effects

  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and wellness strategies

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

  • Participate in case consultations and staff meetings

Qualifications:

  • Current California PA license and NCCPA certification

  • DEA license with schedule II-V prescribing authority (or eligible)

  • Experience in psychiatry, or a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
