Compensation & Benefits
- $55.00 - $60.00 per visit

Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday (8:30AM – 5:00PM EST)
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to home health patients
- Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Be an advocate for patients and help manage care plans
- Use your clinical expertise to support patients' health and independence
- Make a real difference in patients' lives - every single day
Requirements
- Active RN license in Florida
- Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
- Psych Certification Required
- Strong initiative and independent judgement
- Alignment with the agency's mission and values
