Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient and family support and nursing care within their full scope of practice. Execute the nursing process to provide effective, evidence-base care including the assessment, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services for patients, families, and the community. The responsibilities include observation data collection, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs as guided by an individualized and ongoing plan of care. The RN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Communicates in a clear and respectful fashion with both patients and teammates with every encounter. Represent Cayuga Health with the highest level of customer service.
