Title: Psych Tech - CPEP
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Start Date: 10/26/2026
Schedule: Floating Shift 4*12s 48hours/week
Setting: Inpatient Psychiatric Unit
Schedule:48 hrs/week ONLY
Shift: Days / Evenings / Nights – rotating
Requirements: Weekends, holidays, on-call & callback per unit needs
Experience:2+ years recent experience
Education:AAS degree in Psychology or Sociology required
Certification:BLS – AHA
Responsibilities: Direct patient care, assistance with activities of daily living, social/psychiatric rehabilitation, patient communication, reporting patient changes to RN, participation in rounds & group therapy
Skills: Compassion, teamwork, effective communication & ability to support psychiatric patients under RN direction
