Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Greensboro, North Carolina.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care practice serving adult patients ages 17 and older
• Average patient population age range of 45-50 years old
• See approximately 20-25 patients per day
• Provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative services
• Administrative work may be completed remotely from home
• Opportunity to utilize procedural skills including joint injections, minor procedures, and urgent care techniques
• Established and financially stable primary care organization
SCHEDULE
• Four-Day Work Week
• Maximum 35 Patient-Facing Hours Weekly
• Minimum 5 Administrative Hours Weekly
• Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• One Full Saturday Per Month (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Potential for Two Additional Short Saturdays Per Month (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
• On-Call Rotation Approximately Every 12 Weeks
• Phone Calls Only for Urgent Clinical Issues
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Estimated Total Annual Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
• Annual Profit Sharing: $15,000 - $20,000

Requirements
• Active North Carolina Family Nurse Practitioner License REQUIRED
• Fluent Spanish REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Year of Nurse Practitioner Experience REQUIRED
Preferred:
• Adult primary care experience
• Joint injection experience
• Toenail removal experience
• Minor surgery experience
• Urgent care procedure experience
• Incision and drainage experience
Ideal Candidate:
• Comfortable in a high-volume outpatient environment
• Strong Spanish-speaking communication skills
• Enjoys serving diverse patient populations
• Comfortable working independently
Salary Description
