Addiction Psychiatrist - Academic
Saginaw, MI (1.5hrs from Detroit!)

The addiction psychiatry opportunity is an academic faculty position at Assistant/Associate Professor level through the Department of Psychiatry.
This position will be responsible for direct patient care and will work as a leader of a multi-disciplinary team.
Our patient care sites include not only psychiatry residents but also rotating residents from our internal medicine and family medicine programs and medical students.
The Psychiatry department values and supports the growth, academic development, and advancement of its faculty members.

Deliver expert psychiatric care to patients with substance use disorders
Work alongside addiction medicine docs, therapists, social workers, and peer recovery coaches
Create innovative treatment approaches using MAT, psychotherapy, and integrated models
Help train the next generation of clinicians (if you like teaching)
