Key Duties:
Outpatient Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management in a 100% outpatient setting.
TMS Leadership: Oversee and provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services as part of a modern treatment portfolio.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with a highly skilled team of psychologists, psychotherapists, and primary care providers to coordinate holistic treatment plans.
Academic Mentorship: Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents through established academic partnerships.
Specialty Expansion: Grow and integrate specific areas of clinical interest into your daily practice.
Technological Integration: Utilize AI ambient dictation (DAX Copilot) and Epic EMR to maintain high-quality documentation and streamlined workflows.
Shared Governance: Engage in shareholder meetings and weigh in on operational improvements as a physician-owner.
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Adult Psychiatry.
Skills: Proficiency in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services.
Licensure: Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the state of Wisconsin.
