Position Overview
We are seeking a Psychiatrist for a hybrid position at our multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Active New York State medical license (required).
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Proficiency in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.
Comfort with hybrid/telepsychiatry modalities.
Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work. independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care to patients.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy.
Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.
Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Provide culturally competent care to patients.
