Psychiatrist - Joliet Inpatient Treatment Center - Weekend Coverage (82882)

Centurion Health is proud to be the NEW provider of healthcare services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a part-time, weekend only Psychiatrist to join our team at Joliet Inpatient Treatment Center located in Joliet, Illinois.

The Psychiatrist provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients, works under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director, and provides clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients with psychiatric disorders or other mental health issues.

Shift:

• Saturday and Sunday - 10 hour days
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
• Active, unrestricted MD/DO Illinois license or ability to obtain
• Active, unrestricted DEA
• Ability to pass credentialing, drug screening and background check
• BC/BE in a Psychiatry specialty is required
