We are hiring a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our a highly regarded, multi-site community health team in St. Louis, MO. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, community-based psychiatric care while working in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health consultation for a diverse patient population. This role includes both direct patient care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to improve access and outcomes where you make meaningful impact.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary Range: W2 Up to $295,000 (based on experience)
- Salary Range: 1099 Up to $340,000 (based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
- Offer behavioral health consultations (formal and curbside) to care teams
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric services as needed
- Facilitate admissions for patients requiring inpatient care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications
- Collaborate with Behavioral Health team on care coordination and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and productivity standards

QUALIFICATIONS
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified in Psychiatry (required)
- Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years of Psychiatry experience preferred
- Interest or experience in community/urban health strongly preferred
