Company: One of the largest community health centers in Massachusetts, serving Worcester, Framingham, Milford, and surrounding communities Thriving, growing organization expanding its team across sites Inclusive workplace fostering teamwork, accountability, and respect Equal opportunity employer that embraces the diversity of its staff and community Mission-driven, focused on serving vulnerable populations Compensation: $120,000$140,000/year, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package Great PTO Job/Practice Description: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults with acute psychiatric problems, in an ambulatory setting Provide preventive health services according to practice standards Provide telehealth services to patients Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and utilize diagnostic testing and consultation per clinical protocols Collaborate with primary care providers and coordinate referrals to other specialty medical and mental health services Consult with or refer complex/dynamic cases to physician partner Participate in coordinating care and supporting patients/families in self-management Engage in health center projects aimed at specific patient population needs Hybrid schedule, with both remote and onsite appointments Requirements: Active, unrestricted Massachusetts license as an Advanced Practice Nurse Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Controlled Substance Number 3+ years of experience working with children and adolescents as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Location offers: New England's second-largest city, ~40-45 miles (50-60 min) from downtown Boston Direct MBTA commuter rail (Framingham/Worcester Line) into Boston's South Station Major academic hub (home to WPI, Clark University, UMass Chan Medical School) Growing restaurant, brewery, and arts scene with lower cost of living than Boston Blend of urban amenities and easy access to central Massachusetts outdoor recreation Show more Skills
