Korzen Health is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team in Birmingham, AL. This opportunity offers a dynamic practice environment where you will provide high-quality psychiatric care across multiple treatment settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team focused on clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.
This role includes a combination of inpatient, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and consultative psychiatric services. The position also offers the opportunity to supervise advanced practice providers and participate in teaching and mentoring within a Graduate Medical Education (GME) program.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide psychiatric care across inpatient, PHP, IOP, and consultative settings
Manage psychotropic medications and monitor treatment progress
Collaborate with and supervise advanced practice providers
Participate in teaching and supervision of residents and medical students
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
Active Alabama medical license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Interest in teaching, mentorship, and collaborative care
