The Position:
Our client is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric care to a diverse patient population.

• $3000,000 – $400,000 Salary

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Completed an accredited psychiatry residency program
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment approaches
• Interest in learning TMS, Spravato, ketamine, and IOP protocols
• Skilled in diagnosis and building well-rounded treatment plans

Responsibilities:
• Monday – Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Provide a full range of outpatient psychiatric services
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and substance use
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, adjusting as needed based on patient progress
• Provide supportive therapy and refer to specialists for DBT, CBT, and other modalities
• Supervise and mentor APPs with protected time for leadership and development
