Korzen Health is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to become part of our expanding behavioral health team in Chattanooga. This full-time physician role provides outstanding flexibility, empowering doctors to choose between an inpatient focus, outpatient clinics, or a hybrid model that aligns with their clinical interests and professional objectives.

Scope of Practice
Full-time physician role
Standard Monday–Friday schedule
Customizable practice: choose inpatient, outpatient, or a blended approach
Provide care across the entire lifespan
Supervisory role collaborating with PMHNPs and advanced practice providers
Equitable shared call rotation
Robust administrative support and established referral pipelines

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric assessments, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning
Provide clinical care in your choice of inpatient and/or outpatient behavioral health settings
Work with a diverse patient population spanning children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
Partner closely with therapists, social workers, PMHNPs, and the broader care team
Offer guidance and supervision to mid-level clinical staff
Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant
Take part in the shared physician call schedule
Champion the delivery of patient-focused, high-quality psychiatric care

Requirements & Qualifications
Must be a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
Active Tennessee medical license (or the ability to acquire one)
A passion for either inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, or integrated behavioral care
Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset
Both recent residency graduates and highly experienced psychiatrists are encouraged to apply
