Korzen Health is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to become part of our expanding behavioral health team in Chattanooga. This full-time physician role provides outstanding flexibility, empowering doctors to choose between an inpatient focus, outpatient clinics, or a hybrid model that aligns with their clinical interests and professional objectives.

Scope of Practice
- Full-time physician role
- Standard Monday–Friday schedule
- Customizable practice: choose inpatient, outpatient, or a blended approach

- Supervisory role collaborating with PMHNPs and advanced practice providers

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning
- Provide clinical care in your choice of inpatient and/or outpatient behavioral health settings
- Work with a diverse patient population spanning children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
- Partner closely with therapists, social workers, PMHNPs, and the broader care team
- Offer guidance and supervision to mid-level clinical staff
- Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant
- Take part in the shared physician call schedule
- Champion the delivery of patient-focused, high-quality psychiatric care

Requirements & Qualifications
