We’re hiring a Psychiatrist who wants a fully outpatient practice, strong clinical support, and a predictable weekday schedule.

You’ll step into an outpatient role providing psychiatric care to patients of all ages. You’ll focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with support from RNs, LPNs, and CMAs in an established clinical environment.

• 100% outpatient practice
• Full support staff including RNs, LPNs, and CMAs
• 60-minute lunch with 30 minutes paid

• You hold a clear and active Pennsylvania medical license
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $234,000–$317,000
• Choice of a $500 bonus or $1,000 401(k) contribution
