What You'll Do
- Provide adult psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans
- Manage medication and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including NPs
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR
- Participate in weekend call rotation during 14-day schedule
- Support inpatients with acute behavioral health needs
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards
What You Need
- Indiana Medical License
- MD degree with Board Certification in Psychiatry
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient psychiatric experience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
- Strong communication and documentation skills
