• Shift: Weekend inpatient coverage, Friday 5:00 p.m. – Monday 8:00 a.m. (Onsite patient visits and call coverage)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 36 hours/week

• Licenses/Certifications: Missouri medical license required; board certification required
• Experience: Preferably 2-3 years inpatient behavioral health experience

• Hourly Rate: $253.50

What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient behavioral health evaluations and management for adult patients (18+)
• Collaborate with onsite staff including RNs, technicians, and social workers
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans within a hospital setting
• Manage patient care during inpatient stays and on-call shifts
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR software
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Participate in team meetings and patient care planning

What You Need:

• Missouri medical license or willingness to obtain one
• Board certification in Psychiatry (required)
• 2-3 years of inpatient behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
