License/Certifications: BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry (with CAP fellowship)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in adolescent and pediatric psychiatry
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $273.00 per hour
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What Youll Do
Provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing treatment for adolescent patients with diverse mental health needs
Manage medication plans and therapeutic interventions, including psychopharmacology and psychotherapy
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
Oversee and guide direct care, including managing challenging behaviors in adolescents
Conduct consultations and provide supervision to other healthcare professionals
Participate in coordinating comprehensive mental health services for diverse patient populations
Handle night call shifts, including admission orders and emergency management
What You Need
Valid BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship completed
Minimum 2 years of experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations
Proficiency in psychotropic medication management and behavioral interventions
Strong communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and team members
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Knowledge of legal, safeguarding, and educational frameworks relevant to adolescents
