    Psychological Behavioral Health Coordinator (LISW Required)

    PACE Consulting, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for two Psychological Behavioral Health Coordinator positions to support a prospective contract opportunity.

    Position Location and Schedule

    This is full-time in-person position located in Columbus, Ohio

    The Psychological Behavioral Health Coordinator will provide behavioral health consultation, assessment, crisis response, prevention, education, case coordination, and related support to military service Members and their families.


    Minimum Qualifications


    Candidates must possess:

    • A master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
    • A current Ohio LISW license (REQUIRED)
    • Three to five years of experience as a clinical social worker.
    • Experience conducting clinical assessments, intake evaluations, needs assessments, or psychodiagnostic assessments.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • The ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Responsibilities areto include:

    • Conduct intake evaluations, psychodiagnostic assessments, screenings, reassessments, and behavioral-health needs assessments.
    • Provide behavioral-health consultation and professional recommendations.
    • Respond to time-sensitive crisis calls and behavioral-health concerns.
    • Monitor or support an off-duty behavioral-health resource line, as assigned.
    • Develop and implement behavioral-health prevention programs, educational classes, and skill-building initiatives.
    • Conduct organizational needs assessments and SWOT analyses to support prevention planning.
    • Provide education, consultation, and training to military leaders, health care professionals, medical personnel, and community partners.
    • Coordinate with military, civilian, and community organizations.
    • Establish and maintain referral and community-resource partnerships.
    • Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Preference may be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Military, Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, or military-family behavioral health.
    • Crisis intervention, suicide prevention, traumatic-event response.
    • Training military leaders, health care professionals, or multidisciplinary teams.
