What You’ll Do:
  • Provide independent psychological evaluations, including testing and diagnoses, to detainees with mental health concerns
  • Manage and implement mental health treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities
  • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions
  • Assist in developing specialized programming within therapeutic communities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Offer mental health education and training to staff and stakeholders
  • Respond to medical emergencies as needed and provide telehealth services where applicable

What You Need:
  • Doctoral Degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice psychology in Arizona
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience in behavioral health
  • Knowledge of psychological testing, diagnosis, and treatment modalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and utilize electronic health records effectively
