What You’ll Do:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for inmates
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on assessments
• Perform routine mental health rounds in confined areas
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health counseling
• Document findings in accordance with facility procedures
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate inmate care

What You Need:

• Current licensure or eligibility for license in Tennessee or relevant state
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing therapy
• Knowledge of correctional mental health treatment preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
