What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct psychological screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members—psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and more—to coordinate care
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
  • Make routine rounds in housing units to evaluate inmate mental health needs
  • Provide counseling, crisis interventions, and confrontational avoidance strategies as necessary
  • Address mental health concerns proactively during scheduled rounds and crisis situations
  • Assist in gathering information on behavioral escalations and mental health status changes

What You Need:
  • Current US Citizenship, board eligibility for privileges, and valid license/certification
