What Youll Do:
Conduct psychological screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team memberspsychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and moreto coordinate care
Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
Make routine rounds in housing units to evaluate inmate mental health needs
Provide counseling, crisis interventions, and confrontational avoidance strategies as necessary
Address mental health concerns proactively during scheduled rounds and crisis situations
Assist in gathering information on behavioral escalations and mental health status changes

Current US Citizenship, board eligibility for privileges, and valid license/certification
