Requirements<\/b><\/span>

• Active and unrestricted Iowa mental health professional license.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Active Iowa license as a Psychologist, LMHC, LISW, LMFT, or similar approved mental health credential.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a related behavioral health field, as required by license type.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Authorized to provide evaluations, counseling, treatment support, and clinical consultation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Experience working with adolescent or juvenile populations preferred.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Experience in institutional or correctional behavioral health settings preferred.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to complete required background screening and clearance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to provide proof of licensure and required insurance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to maintain comprehensive clinical notes and meet required clinical deadlines.<\/span>

• Perform psychosocial evaluations.
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Participate in treatment team meetings.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Participate in mental health department meetings as needed.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide clinical consultation and supervision as needed.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Support treatment planning and coordination with clinical and administrative staff.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Assist with suicide and self -harm risk identification in coordination with the care team.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Collaborate with staff to support behavior management and therapeutic interventions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation of all patient contacts.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Meet required clinical, caseload, and documentation deadlines.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide coverage according to the agreed weekly schedule.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
