Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a part-time Psychologist to join the Max Gray Child and Adolescent Mood Disorders Program (CHAMP). CHAMP provides comprehensive clinical care and conducts innovative research for children and adolescents affected by mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and mood dysregulation.
You will contribute to both the clinical and research mission of the program by providing evidence-based assessment and treatment services while supporting ongoing research initiatives. Key responsibilities:
Salary range: $61.47/hr - $81.06/hr
Job Qualifications

Phd or PsyD in Psychology
Valid CA Psychologist License
Minimum 1 year of postdoc fellowship
Knowledge of and expertise in clinical practice, with emphasis on annualized, evidence-based interventions
Knowledge and expertise in mood disorders and early intervention
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
Ability to attend to detail and approach tasks with precision
Skill in organizing and maintaining patient records
As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
