Hourly Pay Rate: $185.00/hour

What Youll Do
Conduct psychological screenings and comprehensive assessments for inmate populations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers
Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluations
Provide individual counseling sessions and crisis interventions as needed
Make regular rounds in confined housing areas to monitor inmate mental health status
Participate in team meetings to coordinate care and follow-up plans
Document clinical findings and treatment progress in compliance with facility protocols
What You Need
Required:
Active state license as a Psychologist (board eligibility acceptable)
Proven experience in psychological assessments and mental health treatment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a correctional setting
Preferred:
Experience working within correctional or forensic mental health settings
Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and crisis intervention
