What You’ll Do

• Conduct psychological screenings, assessments, and clinical interviews with inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
• Confer with mental health team members and other staff to coordinate care
• Perform routine inmate rounds in segregation or other confined housing areas
• Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Document assessments and treatment activities accurately
• Participate in team meetings to ensure comprehensive care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid licensure or eligibility as a Psychologist in Nevada
• BLS certification (or completed/eligible)
• At least 1 year of relevant mental health treatment experience

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in correctional or inpatient psychiatric settings
• Strong interpersonal and crisis intervention skills
