Exceptional care, simply delivered, is what sets Community Health Network apart and what makes us a leading not-for-profit, provider-led, multi-specialty healthcare destination in central Indiana. We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,600 providers in Indianapolis, IN.

Highlights

Community Health Network seeks a psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) or licensed therapist (MSW) for a core residency faculty role within our ACGME-accredited community-based psychiatry residency program. Our program is designed to provide exceptional physician training using a robust array of mental health service experiences combined with a comprehensive didactic curriculum.  The faculty are committed to prepare residents to succeed at the forefront of the evolving role of psychiatry in the delivery of healthcare. Ideal candidates will have previous faculty/teaching experience.

About this position:

       Part-time, 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week)

       EPIC EMR

Generous salary and benefits, including incentives and paid CME

About the Community Psychiatry Residency:

       ACGME accreditation received in 2015

Residency slot expansion from 4 to 6 residents per cohort began in 2023-2024 academic year

Affiliated with Indiana s largest behavioral health provider, offering the full continuum of services and a team-based approach to patient care

A physician-led organization with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as physician well-being and development

About Community Health Network Academic Affairs:

In 2012, the network became an independent sponsor of graduate medical education under the ACGME.  Physicians who are core faculty will work with the residency program as their primary activity, with delivery of clinical care done primarily with residents and students, not independently.  Core faculty work to support program leadership in the development, implementation and assessment of the program curriculum, and they work as a team for the education, training and support of the residents. The facilities of the network and patient population are ideal for a rich educational experience for psychiatry residents in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
