Compensation
Pay Range: $151,000 - $202,000 annualized (Based on years of applicable experience). This is a hospital position with all benefits provided by the hospital.

As a Psychologist Supervisor, you will:
- Conduct intake evaluations and provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Support children, adolescents, and families through evidence-based treatment approaches
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists, social workers, and post-doctoral candidates
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Deliver behavioral health education to families, community partners, and professionals
- Help foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, safety, and compassionate care
Preferred Clinical Experience
We’re especially interested in candidates with training or experience in:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Substance Use Disorder treatment modalities
- Parent Management Training approaches, such as PCIT
- Psychological and neuropsychological evaluations

Requirements/Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
- Licensed Psychologist in the State of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care
Certifications Required
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- AVADE certification within 6 months of hire
- Completion of Monterey County 5150 certification training
