We are seeking a licensed Psychologist/Therapist to provide mental health services in support of government programs. The candidate will deliver evidence-based care, conduct assessments, and support mission-critical populations while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations, risk assessments, and clinical screenings
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with HIPAA and government standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and program leadership
- Support crisis intervention and behavioral health initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Active state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Experience in federal, military, or government healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to pass background check/clearance
