Top qualifications:
PhD or PsyD in Psychology required.
Active California psychology license required.
At least
12 months of adult psychology experience in the last 3 years.
BLS certification and
professional malpractice insurance required.
Experience in
correctional, forensic, or high-risk behavioral health settings preferred.
Comfortable working with
justice-involved populations and interdisciplinary teams.

Role OverviewThis assignment is at an
adult men’s correctional facility in Lancaster, California, serving
moderate-acuity patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders. You’ll provide psychological assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and group/individual services within a secure, structured clinical environment.

Schedule: Full-time
40 hours/week;
Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri 7AM-5PM. EHR:Cerner EHR in use; familiarity or quick learning is expected.
Orientation: Up to
40 hours of orientation is required.
Compliance & Screening:- Criminal background check required.
