Psychology Fellow

SHARE, The Silver Hill Academy for Research and Education, is seeking qualified Psychology Postdoctoral Fellows who are interested in providing clinical services in our Admissions, Inpatient, Residential, and Outpatient Services departments, while supported by an overarching educational focus and purpose.

Specific duties will vary based on the program but generally will include the following:

• Responsible for leading multiple group therapy sessions in a variety of formats including a daily process group
• Serves as the psychologist for multiple individual patients, providing multiple formats of evidenced based psychotherapy
• Provides psychological testing to patients as assigned
• Serves as a teacher to other clinical staff and trainees in the organization
• Participates in treatment planning processes in various clinical settings
• Participates in learning experiences including process group and didactics for trainees
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience: Completion of a PhD or PsyD in Psychology at an APA accredited institution completion of a psychology internship; Eligible for psychology licensure with sufficient supervisions through this postdoctoral experience. Demonstrated experience working with patients with personality disorders, affective disorders, a history of trauma, and addictions. Has experience with multiple formats of psychotherapy both in an individual and group setting; Has experience with psychological assessment and testing; Has the flexibility to work with many different individuals in varied clinical settings. Has experience with Electronic Medical Record.
