Job Summary

The Psychology Post - Doctoral Fellow is a contracted associate or under a residency/fellowship program.

Pay Range

Minimum $74,506 Midpoint $98,717 Maximum $122,928

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

  • Required: Have documented experience in providing psychotherapy to children.
  • Preferred: Have documented experience in providing psychology services to children in a hospital or other medical setting.

Education

  • Required: Completion of a doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology. Currently enrolled in an APA accredited doctoral level graduate program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology.
  • Preferred: Completion of an APA accredited doctoral level graduate program in clinical, counseling or school psychology.

Training

  • Required: Evidence of graduation from Doctoral Program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology within six (6) months of hire.
  • Preferred: Completed an APA accredited psychology internship.

Specialized Skills

  • Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job.

Licensure

  • Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) - required within six (6) months of hire or transfer.

Work Environments - Functional Demand:
