Gillette Childrens is seeking a full-time Psychometrist. This position involves standardized administering and scoring of neuropsychological instruments to support a team of neuropsychologists serving outpatient and inpatient populations. Summarizing test data in a clear, accurate, and comprehensive manner is required.
Qualified candidates will have a BA or BS in Psychology or related field. While prior experience with test administration and scoring for a wide range of pediatric, adolescent, and adult medical patients is preferred, this position also offers training to establish competence in these essential areas. Good judgement, attention to detail, clear written communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this position. Compensation & Benefits Information:
The hourly wage for this opportunity is $23.98 to $34.41, with a median wage of $29.75/hour. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees. Qualifications:
Required
B.A. or B.S. in Psychology or related field
CPR certification experience, or must obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
Computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and multiple testing scoring programs)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience with a wide range of pediatric, adolescent and adult medical patients
Interpersonal skills which include ability to successfully establish rapport with the patients and families and the ability to communicate effectively with other caregivers.
Organizational skills and capacity to use them flexibly to address specific referral questions.
