Position Overview:

The Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist provides integrative psychotherapy services to individuals, children, and families within a collaborative healthcare setting. This role delivers comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment and counseling for mental, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns, with particular attention to patients experiencing chronic or life‑threatening medical conditions.

The therapist supports patients in developing effective coping strategies for stress, grief, and loss, and facilitates meaningful, sustainable behavioral change that supports overall health and well‑being. Care is delivered using evidence‑based and integrative therapeutic approaches aligned with patient‑centered, whole‑person care.
