Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW or Licensed Professional Counselor LPC to join our growing Family Medicine team. In this specialized role you will provide expert mental health support to our patients working in close collaboration with Dr. OHatnick to ensure continuity of care and a comprehensive approach to whole-person healing. Scope of Practice Patient Population Teens and adults seeking trauma-informed evidence-based mental health counseling. Comprehensive Primary Care Delivery of specialized psychotherapy targeting underlying causes of distress through neurological and trauma-informed methodologies. Clinical Workflow 60-minute appointments 53-55 minutes of therapy time for charting to ensure thorough documentation within 48 hours. Clinical Procedures Specialized psychotherapy potential for team workshopping and integrative mental health care planning. Volume & Call Average of 5 to 6 patients per day up to the clinicians preference clinical call is not applicable to this position. Qualifications Licensure Must be licensed in Maryland as an LCPC LGPC or LCSW-C No LMSW at this time. Clinical Training Prior experience or a strong interest in becoming trained in EMDR Brainspotting or Somatic training . Experience 2 years of therapy experience is preferred must have completed the NBCC exam . Supervision For LGPC candidates Dr. OHatnick provides clinical supervision at no cost .
