Part-Time Account Manager (Warehouse & Production Support)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 20 hours per week
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Location: Warehouse/Manufacturing Environment
Reports To: Account Manager / Supervising Account Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Account Support Coordinator to assist Account Managers with daily administrative, production coordination, and customer support tasks in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth workflow from job setup through production, shipping, and billing completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team setting to support account management, production operations, and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with bid requests by collecting and recording pricing from estimators
  • Assist with job entry and order processing, including entering codes, colors, and production specifications
  • Retrieve and organize previous job samples for color matching and production reference
  • Review job details and assist with billing accuracy, preparing job jackets for Accounting submission
  • Inspect and prepare samples for shipment to clients, ensuring quality control standards are met
  • Coordinate daily UPS shipping and outbound logistics, ensuring all packages are processed on time
  • Maintain and organize job jackets, ensuring documentation is accurate, updated, and properly filed
  • Stock and organize office and production supplies to support daily operations
  • Assemble job materials for internal review and production readiness
  • File invoices and maintain accurate billing and administrative records
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, production teams, and warehouse staff to ensure timely job completion
  • Work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, organization, and quality control
  • Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Prior experience in account support, administrative roles, warehouse operations, or production environments is a plus but not required — training will be provided for the right candidate
