Join Our Team as a PT Acute Care Hospital Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialist!

Required Skills:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in acute care or burn units
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Ability to float and adapt to various patient care settings
- Strong skills in mobility, positioning, and preventing contractures and scarring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied weekdays as required
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Additional certifications in burn care, wound management, or related fields
- Outpatient therapy experience for evaluations and therapy sessions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Prior experience working with burn patients ranging from 0-100% TBSA
- Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient therapy protocols
Other Requirements:
- Must work every Saturday and Sunday in the Burn unit; flexibility to pick additional shifts Monday through Friday
- Ability to work up to 8 patients per day, with variability based on census
- Scrubs provided
- Start date: June 10, 2026
- Travel experience preferred but not required; willingness to work in a high-acuity environment
