Physical Therapy Aide/Tech

Join Synergy in Motion Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab as a PT Aide/Technician, where you’ll play an important role in supporting patient care and helping our clinic run smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting while working alongside a dedicated and supportive team.


Responsibilities


  • Assist physical therapists with non-clinical tasks, including setting up equipment and guiding patients through exercises under supervision
  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Support patients during therapy sessions to ensure comfort and a positive experience
  • Assist with basic front desk duties such as checking patients in/out, scheduling, and answering phones
  • Help maintain clinic flow and organization throughout the day
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and treatment areas regularly
  • Assist with general clinic operations and support staff as needed
Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Interest in healthcare, physical therapy, or related field (highly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Physically able to assist patients and perform clinic-related tasks

Schedule Available:


  • Tuesday: 8 am to 3 pm
  • Wednesday: 12 pm to 7 pm
  • Thursday: 8 am to 3 pm
  • Friday: 8 am to 12 pm
