Riverside, CA | In-Person | Day Shift | No Weekends
At Gorilla Marketing, we create and deliver high-quality promotional products for our clients. That quality depends on people who care about doing things right — every single time. We’re looking for a Temporary Assembly Technician who brings focus, discipline, and attention to detail to repetitive, hands-on work.
If you’re the kind of person who:
Notices small mistakes others miss
Can do repetitive tasks without cutting corners
Follows instructions exactly as written
Shows up on time and finishes what you start
…this role was built for you.
You’ll be responsible for accurately assembling promotional kits that go directly to our clients. This work requires consistency, focus, and pride in precision.
Your day will include:
Kitting promotional items such as t-shirts, pens, insert cards, and other branded materials
Sorting items by size, color, and specific requirements
Packing completed kits into master cartons for shipment
Following detailed assembly instructions and defined processes
Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Reporting any quality, process, or material issues immediately
This is structured work with clear expectations — success comes from doing the job right, not rushing through it.
High attention to detail — accuracy matters here
Ability to perform repetitive tasks without losing focus
Strong work ethic and reliability (punctuality is a must)
Willingness to do what’s needed within defined processes
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions exactly
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
No prior experience required — we’ll train the right person.
Clear expectations and structured work
Day shift, no weekends
Fast-paced environment where quality matters
Be part of a team that delivers work we’re proud to send to clients
Job Type: Temporary
Schedule: 8-hour day shift
Location: Riverside, CA 92505 (in person)
Commute/Relocation: Required before start
If you’re dependable, detail-driven, and take pride in doing work the right way, we’d like to hear from you.
