Role: Physical Therapy Assistant

Coverage Areas: Wabash, White, Hamilton counties

Shift schedule (days, start & end times): 8-4:30

Location: Marion, IL 62959

Coverage Areas:  Wayne County primary may ask to pick up visits in nearby counties if low

Start date: 8/31/2026

Shift Options:

Shift: Monday to Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

Contract Length: 17 weeks

Schedule details (hours per day/week): 36 hours per week
Productivity expectations: 30 points

PAY PACKAGE:

$2,026/week (Gross)

Hourly Pay: $50.65

Breakdown

W2 - $19.5/hr

Stipends: $1,246/week

Mileage reimbursement available

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred.

Certifications & Licenses:

• Physical Therapist Assistant for the state of Illinois.
• BLS (AHA)
