PT Biscuit Maker

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PT Biscuit Maker to join our team. The person we are hoping to employ is first and foremost a skilled, organized, and creative cook. We are looking for someone to work as a team player, follow instructions, and help us delight our customers with delicious food from our menu. In addition to cooking prowess, great communication and organizational skills are paramount.

Responsibilities of a Cook:

• Preparing workstations for cooking.
• Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Prepare biscuits according to guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to food safety regulations and proper cleaning procedures.
• Rotate stock as needed.
• Assist is other areas of the kitchen, as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work between the hours of 5:45AM-2:00PM, including Saturday and holiday availability.
• Must have prior experience as a cook.
• Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must showcase great organizational skills.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to follow recipes, safety procedures, and operational guidelines precisely
• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
