St. Patrick Catholic School is seeking a dependable, caring, and safety-focused Part-Time School Bus Driver to join our school family. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive Catholic school community.
As the first and last person many of our students see each school day, our bus driver plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for our families.
Schedule
- Morning route before school
- Afternoon route after school
- Occasional Field Trips
- School days only
- Weekends, holidays, and school breaks off
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment on the bus.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and families.
- Follow all school policies and state transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Friendly, patient, and dependable with a genuine care for children.
- Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
