Happier At Home provides personalized in-home caregiving services designed to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our team supports individuals with care that adapts to their needs, from shorter visits to more ongoing assistance, always with a focus on dignity, consistency, and compassion.

In this role, you will play an important part in helping clients navigate daily routines with confidence while keeping families and care teams informed. This is an opportunity to make a direct difference through attentive, relationship-centered care and dependable day-to-day support.

• Provide personalized in-home care tailored to each client's daily needs.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor client wellbeing and report changes to family or care team.

Requirements

• Extensive Experience providing dementia care, including support for clients with Alzheimer's care needs. Trigger avoidance and deflection is KEY with this particular client.
• Experience supporting clients with daily living activities, including hands-on assistance with personal care and routine needs.
• Experience providing dementia care, including support for clients with Alzheimer's care needs.
• Experience updating families and care teams on changes in client wellbeing.
• Full fluency in English for clear day-to-day communication and client updates.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation for in-home client visits.
• Scrubs of solid colors to maintain the professional appearance at all times.
