Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail store manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty • Analyze sales data and make informed business decisions to drive store performance • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives • Maintain a safe and clean store environment • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
• 3+ years of retail management experience • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
