Location: Lansing and surrounding areas.
Schedule:
- Mondays: 8pm - 12am
- Tuesday - Fridays: 5pm - 9pm
- Area: Owosso

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles into appropriate waste bins and ensure receptacles are kept clean.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean when necessary.
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors using the appropriate cleaning supplies.
- Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard-to-reach surfaces.
- Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces, making sure they are streak-free.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring soap and paper towel dispensers are well-stocked.
- Take inventory of supplies and materials, making sure youre letting your supervisor know to order more as needed.
- Inform the Area Manager of anything that is broken or not functioning properly so that the issue is resolved promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Capable to follow instructions and learn new techniques.
- Strong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed at the end of each shift.
- Self-starter, determined to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to lift 20 pounds for short periods of time.
- Possess a strong attention to detail.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid drivers license.
- Proof of car insurance.
