Pay & Benefits

• Rate: $265.00/hour (all-inclusive)
• On-Call Pay: $50/hour (weekday evenings, weekends)
• Call Back Rate: $350/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesiology services for general, orthopedic, plastic, ENT, urologic, podiatric, minor vascular, gynecology, endoscopy, dental, and ophthalmologic procedures
• Manage anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgeries in accordance with ASA guidelines
• Collaborate with VA healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain documentation and communication during scheduled hours and on-call periods
• Ensure timely patient assessments and anesthesia delivery in accordance with facility policies
• Provide phone consultations during off-hours, with on-site availability within 60 minutes as needed
• Comply with VA rules related to patient wait times and consultation completion

What You Need

• Required:
  • Unrestricted CRNA license in any state
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesia
  • ACLS, BLS certifications
  • DEA registration
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical anesthesia experience
• Preferred:
  • Experience working with veteran populations
  • Familiarity with VA healthcare protocols
