PT Evening and Weekend Server

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part-time Server to work approximately 12 to 17 hours/week at Immanuel Courtyard, located at 6757 Newport Avenue, Omaha, NE 68152.  Immanuel Courtyard has 70 independent living and 68 assisted living apartment homes. A desire to work with the elderly is crucial for a successful candidate in this position.

 

The schedule for this position is: 

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (required)

Sunday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (required) 

Some weekday evenings from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM as needed.

 Holidays are required if it is already an assigned day to work.

 

 

This position will pay up to $16.15/hour (straight pay/no tips).  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

As a server, you will:

• Provide courteous, attentive, and professional service to residents and guests.
• Take meal and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, kitchen staff, and the Dining Services team.
• Support a positive dining experience by treating every resident with dignity and respect.

 

Skills & Requirements

Previous food service experience preferred.

Minimum age of 14 years old required.
